Description
The JREX106-A01 CB SIP is a hotline SIP/VoIP explosion-proof telephone for hazardous industrial locations. Its aluminium die-cast enclosure with protective door provides IP66 protection against dust, water and mechanical impact, while the robust handset and armoured cord are engineered for use in demanding environments. A noise-reducing microphone ensures clear communication even in high background noise.
The telephone is fully compliant with SIP 2.0 and integrates with SIP-based IP-PBX systems. In hotline mode it automatically connects to a pre-configured extension or SIP address when the handset is lifted, speeding up emergency response. The unit supports multiple codecs, PoE or 12 V DC power, dual Ethernet ports, web-based configuration, diagnostics and firmware updates, making it straightforward to deploy and maintain in critical safety and process communication networks.
