Description
The JREX106-A01 CB_AL is a hotline analogue explosion-proof telephone designed for voice communication in hazardous industrial environments. The aluminium alloy die-cast housing with a protective door achieves IP66 ingress protection, shielding the handset and keypad from dust, water jets and mechanical damage. A rugged handset with armoured cord and noise-reduction circuitry provides clear audio even in noisy process areas.
Configured for hotline operation, the telephone automatically dials a pre-programmed destination as soon as the handset is lifted, ensuring rapid connection to the control room or emergency team. The instrument supports additional speed-dial memories, remote configuration via DTMF, an adjustable auto hang-up timer and compatibility with standard analogue PABX systems. Line-powered operation and the option to drive an external beacon or horn from the telephone line simplify installation in remote field locations.
