Description
The HF-OS is a hands-free disabled-refuge outstation designed for use with the ETS‑CP/R fire alarm control panel. It features a 304 stainless steel front plate with IP54 ingress protection that can be upgraded to IP65 for harsher environments. Audio quality is enhanced through noise‑reduction processing, a noise-cancelling microphone and a built‑in 2 W loudspeaker, providing clear full‑duplex communication during emergencies.
Operation is by a single vandal-resistant metal push button, simplifying use for occupants. The unit is powered from a 24 VDC extra‑low‑voltage supply and connects on the monitored radial bus. It is intended for emergency voice communication in stairwells, refuges and other protected escape areas.
