Polon-Alfa TSR-4000 parallel indication terminal is a microprocessor-based unit designed to collaborate with the POLON 4000 system fire alarm control panels. It operates as a remote signaling and operation unit. Even as many as 16 TSR-4000 terminals may be connected to one control panel. The TSR-4000 terminal enables duplication of information transmitted by the POLON 4000 system fire alarm control panels. The terminal repeats signals given off by the connected POLON 4000 system fire alarm control panel, which are alarm and fault communique, blockings, test, and technical alarms. A fire alarm can be acknowledged and then the fire alarm can be reset from the terminal level. The terminal can perform self-tests of its internal units and signal their fault/malfunction. The efficiency of the terminal signaling elements can be tested. Access to the adjustable elements and particular functions is differentiated and is available from four different levels.
