Uranus BMUV-Z41-300 -2 1/2″ Flanged Resilient OS&Y Gate Valve 300PSI Â is the firefighting valve which plays an important role in fire protection. To install the water main for fire protection it is essential to choose the right gate valve for the building. Resilient Seated OS and Y Gate valve is generally used to control water flow to fire sprinkler systems, these valves operate by opening and closing via a gate. Which will be done with the help of a hand wheel which lowers into and rises out of the valve.

- The flange model features tapping boss locations, which allow for easier, faster connection of additional components
- OS&Y Gate Valve incorporates a unique design feature that provides a backup sealing device for the O-ring stem.
- Most durable due to inherently corrosion-resistant and encapsulated EPDM ductile iron wedge
- A fully encapsulated EPDM ductile iron wedge is intended to achieve bubble-tight sealing
- Lightweight ductile iron body that weighs less than conventional cast iron valves
- Approximately 50% less weight than conventional cast iron valves
- UL Listed and FM Approved to help ensure dependability
