Description
Tyco 601SBD MX Conventional Diode Sounder Base provides an additional sounder function on the MZX detection circuit. The 601SBD is for use in detection circuits complying with BS5839 Part 1, which requires that if callpoints are wired after detectors on a zone circuit, the removal of a detector will not affect the operation of these callpoints. The 602SBD Diode Sounder Base should be used with an associated detector. Removal of the detector should not prevent the sounder operating but will flag up a fault at the control panel.
