Cygnus CYG3L Heat Detector

Cygnus CYG3L Wireless Heat Detector is ideal for detecting heat in and out of working hours for construction projects and site accommodation units etc. The heat detector works by the radio mesh which will transmit and receive all other radio messages from other site alarms.
The detector uses a matched pair of thermistors in order to sense heat and when one thermistor is exposed to the ambient temperature, the other is sealed. During normal conditions, the two thermistors will register similar temperatures but on the development of a fire the temperature recorded by the exposed thermistor will rise rapidly. This will result in an imbalance of the thermistors and will proceed to activate the alarm.
Your site will be protected 24 hours a day, 7 days a week due to the GSM functionality from the GSM control panel.
