Spencer Twin Shell is a divisible basket stretcher for the recovery and transport of patients in challenging environments. Its robust shell in high-density polyethylene protects the patient from lateral collisions even across uneven and hazardous ground. Its ample space provides room to host life support, footrest and other emergency equipment. TWIN SHELL can be easily divided so that the two halves can be stored nested together.
