Description
FILMFOAM NF3 AFFF 3% is the most advanced fire fighting foam designed for the modern needs of airport fire fighting, suitable for use in Rapid Intervention Vehicles at airports and military bases requiring fast extinguishment of fires. When proportioned with water and applied with conventional fire fighting equipment, FILMFOAM NF3 AFFF 3% delivers rapid fire knockdown and optimal performance on aviation fuels such as AVTUR and AVGAS. The foam blanket formed separates oxygen from the fuel surface, extinguishes the fire, prevents re-ignition, and provides a cooling effect through its water content. Additionally, FILMFOAM NF3 AFFF 3% offers excellent penetrating and wetting qualities for Class A fires, making it effective against deep-seated fires in wood, paper, rubber, and other ordinary combustibles.
