The shield incorporates Honeywell’s exclusive Weight Balancing Frame (WBS), which redistributes the weight of the shield to reduce neck strain during extended wear — a significant ergonomic advancement over conventional face shield designs. The innovative PrismShield™ lens technology provides full colour recognition, eliminating the colour distortion common with standard tinted arc flash lenses and enabling workers to accurately distinguish similarly coloured cables, warning labels, and equipment markings — a critical safety feature in live electrical environments.
